So here I land in cyber space…a Family Coach who will make her mark on the world. But who am I…a question that has plagued me for the past couple of years. Very simple – I AM ME. I believe in FAMILY. I believe my children are remarkable and I totally adore them. I believe that every day can be perfect if we are willing to let it be…or is that if we are willing to recognise it (especially when it seems imperfect).

I know I can be happy in any situation and the outside world doesn’t need to affect my mood. I practice living in the moment, although I don’t always get it right. But I don’t need to get it right all the time – how else would I learn.

I believe in the Law of Attraction, so if you are reading this blog there is a reason for it.
